Booking, cancellations, refunds & rescheduling.

Cancellations & refunds

Once a class or event ticket is paid:

• Cancel 72+ hours in advance — you'll receive a 50% refund.
• Cancel within 72 hours of the start time — the booking is non-refundable.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.

Rescheduling

Plans change — we get it. You're welcome to reschedule to another available class or session at any time, subject to availability. Just reach out and we'll help you find a new spot.

Memberships

Memberships are a 12-month commitment. When you join, you commit to a minimum of 12 months from your start date, and the membership cannot be cancelled before the 12-month term is complete. Monthly payments are charged automatically each month during the term.

After the initial 12 months, your membership continues month-to-month and you may cancel anytime. Founding members keep their locked founding rate for as long as the membership remains active.
